With our enthusiasm for agroforestry and sustainable, as nature-friendly plant cultivation as possible, we have a few years of experience in Spices specialized. We value this type of work very much. We are pleased with the Nikana Farm's development as a part of the FIBI's natural food, in areas such as e.g.: to promote environmentally friendly production, biodiversity, and more efficient cultivation methods.
The management of the Nikana Farm fills me with my fascination for the biological processes and laws of nature in cooperation with Roland Hausherrvery. The respectful and conscious handling of nature, the resources, and our lovingly made products makes me look motivated to the promising, interesting, and last but not least wonderfully fragrant future with the Nikana Farm in Ghana.
Emmanuel holds a PhD in agronomy and manages the local Nikana Farm as a part of the FIBI's natural food company in Ghana. Due to his calm nature, he leads the employees confidently. Samuel Yaw Asamoah is a reliable companion with local knowledge and knows the sales markets very well.
My residence in Hungary offers me a "green" quiet retreat to collect my thoughts and to invest the energy gained in the spice farm in Ghana. I worked with Marlo Ilg in close exchange of knowledge, projects in the area
development and sustainable environment.
My task in the current project Nikana is the organization and project planning for the expansion of the existing farm.

Our concept is simple and based on tradition:
Half of the natural development of a mixed forest is replanted on formerly degraded pasture land. Depending on the location, we reforest a selection of different tree species. In the foreground of this forestry concept is the yield from the timber industry combined with Agricultural economics, with a focus on spice cultivation.
PERMANENT FOREST DESPITE TIMBER HARVEST
Nature and tradition on the large continent of Africa dictate how sustainable management works. We orient our management concept to this because permanently existing forest means a selective harvest and constant forest cover, with continuous replanting of new tree seedlings, mixed with shade herbs such as vanilla and pepper.
Some of the criteria we use to judge sustainable forestry:
A WORTHWHILE INVESTMENT
With our generation forests, we achieve a green return for our investors - without exploiting people and nature. Agroforestry means investing in inflation-protected assets such as wood and generating long-term, secure returns.
